  • ICT (In-Circuit Test) – electrical testing of assemblies

Equipment for THT assembly

Cencorp 1000 OF

Two Cencorp 1000 OF systems support the automatic assembly of electronic modules with so-called odd-form components. The systems enable the precise placement and insertion of a wide variety of component shapes with high repeatability. This allows even complex assemblies to be manufactured efficiently, reliably, and with minimal damage.

Panasonic RL132

The Panasonic RL132 offers flexible THT placement for PCBs sizes ranging from 50 × 50 mm to 508 × 381 mm. It delivers impressive placement accuracy and speed—complemented by targeted manual placement for special components and small series.

Ersa VERSAFLOW 3/45

The Ersa VERSAFLOW 3/45, equipped with a triple-pan module, enables selective soldering at the highest quality standards. The system guarantees consistent results, short cycle times, and optimal coating—even for complex assemblies.
