Operational technology
The technical infrastructure at our site provides the foundation for reliable, efficient, and sustainable production. Our operating technology is state-of-the-art, with a clear focus on supply reliability, energy efficiency, and system redundancy.
A key component is our in-house nitrogen production, which ensures an independent and continuous supply of high-purity nitrogen. This is required in electronics manufacturing, for example, for soldering processes in a protective atmosphere.
Our modern air conditioning and heating systems ensure a stable production environment and optimal working conditions. They are designed for continuous industrial use and are regularly maintained. To improve energy efficiency, we use a heat recovery system that recovers used energy from process and room heat, thereby significantly reducing primary energy consumption.
In addition, we operate a redundant compressed air system consisting of two independent units. This ensures that the compressed air supply remains stable at all times, even during maintenance or in the event of malfunctions—a critical factor for many manufacturing and automation processes.
Our operation technology is not an afterthought, but a deliberately designed component of our production reliability and our commitment to sustainability.
